Print should feel like home—a place you want to hang out and let your mind stay for a while.
When thinking about how to make Summitview’s technology series “REFRESH” last beyond the four weeks the pastors would be preaching on the topic, the communications department decided to make a guidebook for the series that was similar to a devotional.
The guidebook borrowed many elements from REFRESH’s main branding, including the icons and colors. The layout had large margins to encourage notetaking and to reflect Summitview’s newer, airier branding.
Because the guidebook had a quick turnaround time, it was produced entirely in-house. I did all the production work, including printing the booklet, creating the covers with full bleed, and assembling the books.
